TAM Airlines of Brazil's TAM South America Airpass offers foreign nationals residing outside of South America travel to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela at attractive rates.

To purchase the airpass the traveller must purchase an international ticket for travel commencing outside of South America to a destination in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay or Venezuela and request the Airpass, which is issued in conjunction with the international ticket.

The TAM South America Airpass offers from 1200 to 8200 miles of travel, flown on Economy class. Fares are calculated based on the mileage flown on all legs, covering a minimum of two countries and a maximum of five countries and should not exceed the maximum of eight coupons.

With the TAM South America Airpass the minimum stay is five days, from departure date of first leg, and the maximum is 30 days. The same leg may not be flown more than once in the same direction, except for connections and the route must include at least two countries within the area covered by the airpass.
