How do I change my booking?

Simply call our Online Customer Service team on 1300 733 867 and they will be able to assist any enquiry you may have.

How do I pay?

We offer payment via Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card and payments made via PayPal.

I’ve lost my itinerary – can I get another one?

Yes you can, simply ring 1300 733 867 if calling within Australia and if calling from outside Australia, ring +61 7 3170 7886.

How can I be sure my credit card information is safe?

All your transactions are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name and phone number as it travels through the Internet.

SSL safe connection and secure transactions technology effectively protects hundreds of thousands of customers who have transmitted their credit card numbers online and made purchases.

What are the fees involved for bookings, changes and cancellations?

Fees and Charges:
Online air bookings will incur a non-refundable booking fee of $16.95
Changes/amendments or cancellations to Domestic flight bookings will incur a Flight Centre fee of $27.50 per passenger per booking
Changes/amendments or cancellations to Trans-Tasman flight bookings will incur Flight Centre fee of $38.50 per passenger per booking
If you wish to make any changes or amend flights previously booked online and paid for using PayPal, you must contact Flight Centre's Online Customer Service Team on 1300 733 867. Any charges for such change or amendment must be made via credit card and will attract the applicable service fee.

Cancellation Fees:
We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are reissued.

Why haven't received my confirmation email from FCL.

If you received a booking number at the end of the booking process, please contact our Online Customer Service team on 1300 733 867. Quote your booking number and one of our friendly consultants will ensure that your email contact details are correct and send you out a copy of your confirmation email.

If you did not receive a booking number at the end of the booking process, or you did not write it down, FCL will need to confirm that a booking was created for you. Please check with your card issuer or PayPal to confirm the funds have left your account. Contact our Online Customer Service team on 1300 733 867 and provide the names of the travellers and the credit number or PayPal account that you attempted to book with. Our friendly consultants will be able to confirm if your booking has been created and resend you out a copy of your confirmation email.

Why is there an address on my itinerary that is not mine?

This is the Flight Centre Limited’s billing address. The booking engine does not request your address details. Please provide your photographic identification at check in along with a copy of your itinerary and the airline will process your check in and provide you with your boarding card.
