Flight Centre RSS Service - Terms and Conditions

The Flight Centre RSS (really simple syndication) service (the "RSS Service") is offered to you by Flight Centre Limited ("Flight Centre") for your personal and non-commercial use. Your use of the RSS Service is governed by and is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the following terms and conditions, as well as the Flight Centre Limited Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Your use of the RSS Service constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions, which you acknowledge may be changed by Flight Centre at any time without notice.

The content provided through the RSS Service (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services) is proprietary to Flight Centre Limited. Flight Centre grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable right to access the RSS Service and to republish the content you receive through the RSS Service ("RSS Content") on your personal website(s) subject to these terms and conditions.

Flight Centre reserves the right in its sole discretion to discontinue all or any part of RSS Service at any time and/or to require you to cease displaying, publishing, distributing or otherwise using all or any part of the RSS Service or the RSS Content for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.

You agree to clearly and prominently attribute the RSS Service and the RSS Content to Flight Centre in close proximity to your use thereof, and you agree not to represent or create the impression that anyone else is publisher or distributor of the RSS Service or RSS Content. You may not modify or redistribute the RSS Service or the RSS Content.

In particular, you may not use the RSS Service or display the RSS Content in a manner that does not permit successful delivery of the intended Flight Centre web page or insert any intermediate page, pop-up or other content between the link provided through the RSS Service and the intended Flight Centre web page. Further, you agree not to associate the RSS Service or the RSS Content with any content that might harm the reputation of Flight Centre.
