Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures operate exhilarating kayak tours from their 3000 acre home base at Glenworth Valley, as well as numerous locations on the Central Coast and Sydney Harbour. Glenworth Valley is located 20 minutes from Gosford and one hour from Sydney or Newcastle.

They offer half day tours as well as kayak hire. Or why not try their popular full day wine and oyster tasting kayak tour.

Trips departing Glenworth Valley offer paddlers the opportunity to explore the unspoilt wilderness of Popran Creek as it meanders its way through Glenworth Valley. As they glide down Popran Creek you can choose to either explore the peaceful upper reaches of Mangrove Creek or head down stream onto the magnificent Hawkesbury River system.

They specialise in everything from relaxing eco experiences with family and friends through to group outings for social organisations and corporate team building activities.
