Australia Zoo Information

As the winner of Tourism Australia's Retailing Award for the second year running, Australia Zoo retail is expanding at a rapid rate. Shop till you drop within the Zoo and now in Mooloolaba at Australia Zoo's five retail shops, which include:

- Australiana Shop: A shop specifically designed to showcase Australian Made products. Everything in this shop is 100% Australian Made, from Indigenous art and music, woodwork, pottery and cosmetics to hand made leather products, jewellery, books, wildlife paintings and apparel.

- Crocoseum Boutique: This shop offers the signature range of Steve Irwin 'Crocodile Hunter' and Terri Irwin clothing. RAQ Award winning Bindi Wear children's clothing and the new range of Tiger Baby Bob wear. The Crocoseum boutique also features a range of wildlife art and sculptures. A large selection of soft animals, toys and Australia Zoo merchandise.

- The Croc Lair Shop: Offers a large range of Australia Zoo and Steve Irwin 'Crocodile Hunter' merchandise caps, t-shirts, games, confectionary, toys and educational books. A specialized shopping experience is also offered to visitors who wish to shop with a personal escort to the retail outlets without having to pay general admission.

- Elephantasia: A new shop situated right near our Elephantasia enclosure which sells exclusive Elephantasia themed clothing and gifts, if you love elephants this is the place to shop!

- Australia Zoo on the Beach: Residents and tourists can surf, swim or skate into Australia Zoo's newest retail store situated right on Mooloolaba's Esplanade below Oceans Resort. Australia Zoo on the Beach is the first retail shop to open outside of the Zoo's gates. The store combines both a retail shop and Australia Zoo's Travel Agency, it also includes a kid's play area, giving Mum's and Dad's time to shop, shop, shop!

Photography plays a major role at Australia Zoo, it enables guests to capture the moment and take home the Australia Zoo wildlife experience. Services include:

- Australia Zoo has a Fuji Frontier digital photographic retail outlet with half hour developing and large public gallery for viewing.

- Roving photographers who take photos of visitors with our roving animals and Elephant feeds.

- A green screen studio which allows guests to get right in the action!

- A wildlife photographic studio which puts visitors in front of the camera with the animals

- Individual animal photographic opportunities are also offered to guests

Australia Zoo Travel is a full serviced agency situated within the Zoo's gates at Australia Zoo on the Beach. Australia Zoo Travel was established in September 2005, enabling guests of the Zoo to take up amazing deals on exciting worldwide holidays.
