Seek adventure from your door step
Colony Club has truly taken care of everything. Not only does it have luxurious facilities for you to savour, the resort also offers a range of adventure activities and tours when the mood strikes you. Located 18 minutes’ drive south of the resort, you can take part in a guided snorkelling tour of Folkestone Marine Park. The park features an artificial reef formed from the sinking of a ship half a mile from shore. It is here snorkelers can enjoy a bird’s eye view of this tropical wonderland, home to sea lilies, corals, anemones and a number fish.
From the resort you can also enjoy a Stand-Up Paddle Turtle Tour. A great way to explore Barbados’ coastline and get a fantastic work out, the tour will see you stand-up paddle board out to a nearby reef where you can then swim and snorkel with local turtles.

Each week the resort hosts the Organic Vegetable Garden Tour and Cooking Demo where you can learn all about the island’s native ingredients and enjoy a ‘garden to plate’ cooking demonstration.
