Climb the Arc de Triomphe
The hotel places you only a short stroll from most of Paris' historical landmarks. One of the world’s most-famous roundabouts, with the Arc de Triomphe standing grandly at its centre, is only 15 minutes away on foot.
This instantly recognisable Arc depicts pride and prestige in the middle of Place Charles de Gaulle. Built to commemorate those who died for France during the Napoleonic Wars and the French Revolution, it has become a cultural symbol of the city and people. Climb to the top to soak up some of the best views of Paris. The Eiffel Tower can be clearly seen and easily photographed from this vantage point, and on a clear day you can see as far as Sacre Coeur.
A little nature in Paris
Parisians love relaxing in nature as much as they enjoy the city's busy streets, and Bois de Boulonge is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the scenery. Located just a 15-minute walk from the hotel, this green oasis is one of the city’s biggest parks.
Spread across 850 hectares, the nature reserve is divided into several parks, including the Jardin d’Acclimatation, which features pony rides, a puppet theatre and an art museum. If you're looking for something a little more romantic, you can find a spot in the sun to spread out a blanket and enjoy a classic Parisian picnic of freshly baked bread, artisan cheese and red wine.
