Even before you board Oasis of the Seas, the sheer scale of this ship will overwhelm you. It’s like a floating mini-city, complete with its very own green space. And, like any city, Oasis of the Seas even comes with neighbourhoods – one of its most unique features. On an Oasis of the Seas cruise, you’ll find seven different themed areas, including the revolutionary Central Park – a unique outdoor space containing more than 12,000 live plants. Other highlights include the two FlowRider surf simulators, two rock-climbing walls, the zipline, the incredible Rising Tide bar – an engineering marvel that enables you to enjoy a cocktail as you slowly ascend and descend the height of three decks, and the first beach pool at sea. Not surprisingly, the bars, dining and entertainment is equally larger than life. Check out our guide to what you can expect on Oasis of the Seas cruises, below.

Activities

There are so many different things to do aboard Oasis of the Seas, you’ll never come up short on options. The most adrenaline-charged would have to be the 25-metre zip line, soaring nine decks above the Boardwalk neighbourhood, or the two FlowRider surf simulators. Then again, the two rock-climbing walls will also get your heart racing, as you scale the 13-metre high terrain. If you’re after a different kind of action, take a dance class, attend a beer tasting or learn how to mix the perfect cocktail. You could also browse through the designer boutiques and their collections by Michael Kors, Kate Spade New York, Coach and more. Stretching the full length of Deck 15, the Pool and Sports Zone on Oasis of the Seas is the ultimate playground, with four unique pools, ten whirlpools, an H2O kids’ Aqua Park, sports court and mini golf.
