To mark the 75th anniversary of Air New Zealand, the carrier in conjunction with New Zealand Post has released a limited series of commemorative stamps.

The five different stamps illustrate the airline’s long history of flights connecting New Zealand to the world. Included are reminders of Air NZ beginnings as TEAL (Tasman Empire Airways Ltd) to the latest 787 aircraft.

Qantas Mobile Check-In

A recent Qantas trial of a new SMS 'three click' mobile check-in last December proved to be a great success. So much so the airline has launched it as a permanent check-in option at all domestic ports.

An SMS will be received the day prior to travel and with three simple clicks passengers will be checked in and receive a boarding pass instantly on their phone.
