“I delight in showing people through this amazingly diverse country and sharing my stories of growing up in an Italian family and finally settling into Italian life in Italy,” Dina says.
She now finds happiness living out of a suitcase as a Travel Director with CostSaver, helping others experience ‘la dolce vita’ (the sweet life).
Meanwhile, Travel Director Gordon found his insatiable desire for travel makes him the perfect person for the job.
“I could not imagine doing any other job. My passion for travel is unlike my passport – it never expires. Saying goodbye at the end of a trip is like bidding farewell to family,” Gordon explains.
His recommendations when travelling through Italy include admiring the majestic piazzas in Rome, visiting Michelangelo’s statue of David in Florence and gliding across the famous Grand Canal in Venice. Of course, it would remiss not to enjoy authentic Italian fare in Tuscany.
For nearly eight years, Marina has had the pleasure of escorting fellow travellers through her beautiful country, Italy. She believes it’s her passion that ensures every guest has the most memorable holiday possible.

Travel has always been a large part of Antonino’s life, making him the ideal candidate to be a CostSaver Tour Director.
“I love travelling to different destinations and experience new places. Luckily I found a job that allows me to travel and work at the same time – I’m not sure I could ever stop!” says Antonino.
He recommends travellers experience the island of Burano, known as a paradise for photographers with its colourful architecture. Even so, Florence remains his top Italian pick.
“Florence is my favourite destination in Italy. Known as the ‘Renaissance capital of the world’, walking through downtown is like strolling through an open air museum,” he says.
