The northeast coast of the USA has been hit by two large weather events in the past week or so that have brought flooding and king tides to some areas and heavy snow to others.

Major cities and areas on the East Coast, such as New York City, New Jersey, Boston and Philadelphia, have all had heavy snowfalls and are expecting more winter storm activity in the coming days.

Passengers travelling to and/or from the affected areas have been advised  to confirm that their flights and/or trains are still operating.
