Australia's Outback is the most accessible it's ever been. Travelmarvel's newest tour, not only opens the gateway wider, but also gives you the opportunity to see the famed Lake Eyre filled with water, along with Uluru's Field of Light installation.
The 7-day Lake Eyre & the Red Centre journey will run between May and June this year, with only five tours available.
The tours have been timed to take advantage of recent rainfall over Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre. Usually empty and void of life, guests will be able to witness the rare sight of Lake Eyre in full flood with its pinkish hue and active wildlife.
The tour also includes stays at award-winning Outback hotels including the unique Desert Cave Resort in Cooper Pedy, which features underground rooms.
Other highlights include: a scenic flight over Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre; walking the base of Kata Tjuta; and the Field of Light art installation at Uluru, comprised of frosted-glass spheres that light up at night.
The total price of the tour includes accommodation, most meals, coach service, a Travelmarvel Tour Director, airport transfers, attraction expenses and porterage.
