Going coastal these summer holidays? You’ve got the right idea – there’s nothing quite like soaking in that sun, surf and sand to get you in super-relaxation mode. Make sure you’re prepped so you can sit back and enjoy the scenery without the stress. Luckily, we’ve got your beach essentials sorted. Invest in these bad boys, put them on your pack list, and prepare for your most stylish holiday yet!

The Roundie

Gone are the days of convention – this season, the round towel is the new summer must-have accessory. The Beach People has created some seriously cool pieces, in stylish prints and soft cotton so they’re a genuine treat to relax on. Not only are they amazingly Instagram-worthy, but they can double as a picnic blanket or throw so you can keep this one in your car for all occasions.

The Swimmers

Swimwear is doing a time warp – and bringing the '90s back with it! High-cut bottoms, halter bikini tops, and cool, vintage prints like checkers are happening this season. Our favourite is a one-piece with a low scooping back so we can hit the beach, Baywatch-style.

The Shades

When you’re sunbaking in your fresh new bikini, make sure you’ve got your shades sorted so you don’t end up doing the old 'shirt wrap around the head' (we’ve all been there). Pick shades so bright you can see your reflection in them! Quay Eyewear has created some swoon-worthy designs, with the My Girls design being so hot right now - plus, their category 3 lenses will ensure good sun protection.

The Dress

Bring a few dresses that are light and breezy, and comfortable enough to wear over your bikini. Off-the-shoulder dresses are always a winner, and we can’t go past a chambray denim piece when you’re feeling a little dressy. Pretty Aztec prints are key to a relaxed, bohemian look. Throw these on and head from beach to brunch in style.

The Sandals

Slip into something a little more comfortable… you’re on holiday, after all! If you’re keeping it super chill, then slide sandals are the way to go. You can literally kick these babies off and dive in! If you like dressing up a little more, then we’ve got total heart-eyes for gladiator sandals. Paired with a boho dress, it makes for a dreamy luxury holiday look.

The Inflatables

Now your outfit is sorted, it's time to sit back, relax, and lounge about on a giant inflatable donut. Yes, you did read correctly! Giant inflatable pool toys are fresh on the market and a super-fun addition to your beach adventure. Talk about Instagram-worthy. Prepare for the best weekend ever!
