Economy cabins on A380, A330-300 and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft contain ergonomic seats with a pitch of 32–34 inches (depending on aircraft), a seat-back mounted handset, in-seat power supply and 10.6 inch seat-back screens. The in-flight menu includes a selection of Asian and International dishes, wine, beverages and snacks. Singapore Airlines uses the Krisworld Video On Demand entertainment systems which offer passengers hundreds of programs, music and game options.
Business
Business Class cabins on A380 and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft contain leather reclining flat beds that are 30 inches wide. Each bed has its own access to an aisle and includes an in-seat power supply, USB port, in-seat vanity mirror and 15.4 inch seat-back screen. Passengers are provided light duvets, pillows and fresh linen. The in-flight menu is designed by a range of world renowned chefs and is part of a full-table service. Singapore Airlines uses the Krisworld Video On Demand entertainment systems which offer passengers hundreds of programs, music and game options.
First
First Class cabins on Boeing 777-300ER and refitted Boeing 777-300 aircraft contain reclining leather flat bends that are 34 inches wide. Seats feature a power supply, USB port, 23-inch LCD screen and surround sound. Passengers are provided with linen, pillows, duvet, sleeper suit, slippers and noise cancelling headphones. The in-flight menu is designed by a range of world renowned chefs and an enhanced snack menu and gourmet coffee is also available. Singapore Airlines uses the Krisworld Video On Demand entertainment systems which offer passengers hundreds of programs, music and game options.

Economy passengers are allowed 1 piece of 7kg hand luggage and 1 piece of 20kg checked baggage. When flying to the US, passengers are allowed 2 pieces of checked baggage weighing 23 kg in total and 2 pieces of checked baggage weighing 32kg in total when flying to Brazil.

Check-in Options
Singapore Airlines offers mobile and web check-in from 48 hours until 2 hours before departure time. If checking in at the airport, Singapore Airlines recommends you check-in 2 hours before departure time.
Rewards Program
Singapore Airlines has two rewards programs; KrisFlyer and PPS Club. KrisFlyer allows members to earn points when they fly with Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or shop with any of their 140 global partners. Members can enjoy promotions, discounts and use accumulated points to purchase flights and upgrades. The PPS club is available for passengers who regularly fly premium classes on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir. This rewards program offers the same features as KrisFlyer along with preferential treatment and a personalised service.
Lounges
Singapore Airlines has 2 SilverKris Lounges and a KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport. The SilverKris Lounges feature Internet PCs, wireless internet, a meeting room, a bar, restrooms and showers. The KrisFlyer Gold Lounge is available to KrisFlyer Elite Gold members and offers buffet food stations, a bar, television areas, internet workstations and complimentary wireless internet access.
