Headquartered in Noumea, Aircalin (also known as Societe Aircalin and Air Caledonie International) is the international airline of New Caledonia. Passengers have the option to fly Economy or the delightfully named Hibiscus Class (Business). Aircalin flies to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Osaka and Tokyo, as well as Auckland, Papeete and other destinations in the South Pacific. The Aircalin fleet consists of the Airbus A330-200 aircraft and the smaller A320. The airline has a frequent flyer program called Flying Blue, which rewards guests flying on Aircalin as well as for eligible flights with several partner airlines such as Air France, KLM and Air Europa. Points are also awarded for specific code share flights operated by Qantas between Australia and Noumea.
