Itinerary

  • Day 1 Edinburgh, Scotland. Arrive in Edinburgh, the historic capital of Scotland, where rocky hills tower in the distance and the shadows of history can be seen around every corner. With no planned activities today, settle in to discover Scotland's capital and see how medieval crossroads blend seamlessly with a vibrant modern energy. This evening, delve into Scottish culture with a whisky-inspired dinner highlighting the flavours of Scotland and meet your fellow travellers. Meals included: Dinner.
  • Day 2 Edinburgh. Today, get acquainted with Scotland's regal capital on a locally guided city tour exploring both the Old and New Towns. Explore the Royal Mile on foot and walk up the hill to Edinburgh Castle, home of the Scottish Crown Jewels. This afternoon is yours to further explore independently. Tonight, consider an optional excursion to Rosslyn Chapel - an after-hours private tour will take you deep into this remarkable medieval building. Meals included: Breakfast.
  • Day 3 Edinburgh to Scottish Borders to Hexham to York. Depart Edinburgh and travel through the scenic countryside of Northumberland. Visit a family farm in the Scottish Borders to learn about sustainable practices, then stop at historic Hexham Abbey. Continue to York, known for its medieval walls, narrow snickelways, and timeless charm. Enjoy dinner at a local pub. Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner.
  • Day 4 York. Join your Tour Manager for a walking tour through York's historic streets and the character-filled 'Shambles.' Visit York Minster, the largest Gothic cathedral in Northern Europe, and take in the stunning stained-glass windows. The rest of the day and evening are yours to explore. Meals included: Breakfast.
  • Day 5 York to London. Board a high-speed train to London. Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional afternoon tea followed by a guided walking tour of Westminster and Buckingham Palace.   • Day 6 London. Enjoy a full day to explore London at your own pace. Consider an optional excursion to Hampton Court Palace, home of Henry VIII and a filming location for Bridgerton. Meals included: Breakfast.
  • Day 7 London to Bath to Cardiff, Wales. Travel to the Georgian town of Bath to visit the ancient Roman Bath Museum. Stroll its cobblestone streets before continuing on to Cardiff, the capital of Wales. Meals included: Breakfast.
  • Day 8 Cardiff. Join a local expert for a walking tour of Cardiff, exploring its Roman roots, coal industry legacy, and vibrant shopping arcades. Visit Cardiff Castle, then head to The Royal Mint to discover how coins are crafted. Tonight, enjoy an evening of Welsh culture, music, and cuisine. Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner.
  • Day 9 Cardiff to Waterford, Ireland. Travel through the Welsh countryside to Fishguard and cross the Irish Sea by ferry. Upon arriving in Rosslare, continue to the historic city of Waterford. Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner.
  • Day 10 Waterford to Blarney to Killarney. This morning, it's your choice: tour the House of Waterford Crystal or enjoy a walking tour of Ireland's oldest city. Later, visit Blarney Castle and, if you're feeling brave, kiss the famous Blarney Stone. End the day in Killarney with a Diner's Choice experience at a local restaurant.   • Day 11 Killarney to Ring of Kerry to Killarney. Explore Killarney National Park on a traditional jaunting car ride, then journey the scenic Ring of Kerry. Take in dramatic views of cliffs, mountains, and villages before returning to Killarney for an evening at leisure. Meals included: Breakfast.
  • Day 12 Killarney to Rock of Cashel to Dublin. Travel through the "Golden Vale" to the striking Rock of Cashel, where St. Patrick once preached. Continue on to the lively capital of Dublin. Meals included: Breakfast.
