There are plenty of ways to pay for your TAAG tickets, including credit or debit cards, Flight Centre Gift Cards and more. A full list of accepted payment methods is available in our Help Centre. 

To check the status of your TAAG flights after booking, talk to your Travel Expert or use the real-time flight status search tool on the TAAG website. More information on how to manage your booking can also be found in our Help Centre. 

While last-minute TAAG sale fares may become available, you’ll normally find it pays to plan ahead, and we generally recommend you book TAAG flights between three and six months before you travel wherever possible. When it comes to balancing airfare availability with the biggest savings, this should give you the best of both worlds!

Flying Economy? TAAG passengers can generally bring one carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 8kg and a total linear dimension of 121cm. The linear dimension of your bag is calculated by adding the height, length and width (including wheels and handles). 

In most cases, international travellers can also take one to two pieces of checked luggage (depending on your ticket) with a weight limit of 23kg.  

Baggage allowances will vary based on your flight itinerary, ticket class and loyalty program status, so check your specific TAAG tickets to see what’s included. Need to add extra baggage to your flight booking? Talk to your Travel Expert before heading to the airport! 

You may be able to earn frequent flyer points on eligible TAAG flights booked with us. When booking online, you’ll see a place to add your loyalty program or frequent flyer membership details if this is available for your flights, or you can ask your Travel Expert to add it for you when booking in-store. Luanda, Lubango, Ondjiva, Huambo and Luena are top domestic destinations for TAAG flights. International services to São Paulo, Johannesburg and Lisbon in Portugal are also popular routes.
