Paris is yours to explore on this in-depth City Explorer. Check in to your centrally located hotel and spend the afternoon getting to know your surroundings. Wander along the grand boulevards and admire the elegant architecture of the French capital, stopping for a leisurely cafe au lait while watching sophisticated Parisians go by. This evening, join your fellow travellers and Travel Director for a quintessentially Parisian Welcome Reception.
Day 2
Paris Dive Into Culture
Join your Travel Director this morning for a tour of this mesmerising city. View the grand Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, built for Napoleon in the 19th-century and sitting at the heart of the Place de l'Étoile. Enjoy aerial views of the city today when you embrace Paris on a different level as you rise from the base to the first floor of the Eiffel Tower for a memorable lunch with Paris at your feet, a truly iconic event. Next, you’ll Dive into Culture at Fragonard Parfumerie for a visit with a certified ‘nose' who will guide you in the creation of your own unique fragrance.
Day 3
Consider an Optional Experience to the D-Day Landing Beaches
You may wish to experience a full-day Optional Experience on the Normandy coast to uncover the poignant history of the D-Day Landings. Alternatively, spend the day soaking up the sights and sounds of this elegant European capital. Your Travel Director will suggest activities and attractions that will ensure a memorable day spent discovering Paris. Spend your evening at leisure exploring the city's glittering sights at night.
Day 4
A Day to Explore Versailles
Tread in the footsteps of French nobility and explore the opulence and splendour of Versailles. Join a Local Specialist who will guide you through the palace's extraordinary Hall of Mirrors and Battles Gallery. Stroll through the picturesque Royal Gardens and visit the Petit Trianon to see first-hand how the French Royal Family lived in private, before discovering Marie Antoinette's Hamlet. Return to Paris later for an evening at leisure. Immerse yourself in Parisian culture on the Optional Experience to a traditional cabaret performance.
Day 5
Experience the Marais and French Cuisine Dive Into Culture
Stroll through the intriguing Marais district on a guided walking tour, uncovering its grand mansions, hidden courtyards and rich history. Then, enjoy a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience at Copains, a gluten-free organic boulangerie, where you’ll meet the team and enjoy a private tasting of their mouth-watering pastries and bread. Next, Dive into Culture as you meet a Parisian chef for an unforgettable lunch. Discover culinary secrets, master French flavours, and enjoy the dish you’ve helped create. Spend the rest of the day embracing your inner bon vivant.
Day 6
Enjoy Montmartre Dive Into Culture
A leisurely start to our morning sees you take a quaint little train back in time to the colourful hillside 'village' of Montmartre, home to the picturesque Sacré-Cœur.Dive into Culture as we tread in the footsteps of Picasso, Dali and Van Gogh, as you discover the hidden squares, artists' haunts and romantic hideaways along with ample time for shopping. Later, the included guided museum visit will either be the Louvre Museum or the Orsay Museum depending on availability. Before your tour begins, your Travel Director will send you a welcome email and confirm the included museum visit. They will also advise you how to book the other museum if you wish to visit it during your time in Paris.
Day 7
Paris Your Way Connect with Locals
Perhaps admire some of the world's masterpieces in a modern and immersive experience at Atelier des Lumières or enjoy an Optional Experience to the inspirational gardens of Monet at Giverny. This evening, Connect With Locals during a memorable Be My Guest experience and dinner at Chez Paul, bringing you back to the Paris of the early 1900s.
Day 8
Au Revoir Paris
After breakfast, it’s time to bid Paris au revoir as you prepare to return home after a memorable break in one of the world's greatest cities.

Paris: Discover Paris on Parisian terms and see some of the city's hidden gems, including a behind the scenes tour of Montmartre to discover the secrets of the artists' quarter.
Iconic Experience
Paris: Explore the iconic sights and streets of Paris on an orientation drive this evening.
Versailles: Visit the Château de Versailles, one of the most beautiful achievements of 18th-century French art. This former royal residence is world renowned for its architecture, grandeur and extravagant gardens.
Paris: Explore the romantic and trendy Marais district with your Travel Director and admire the beautiful garden at Sully’s Mansion.
Paris: Visit a world-renowned museum today - the iconic Louvre Museum or the Orsay Museum which houses the largest collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist work from such acclaimed artists as Monet, Degas, Renoir, Cezanne and Van Gogh.
