Departing Darwin, your day begins with the tranquil beauty of the Corroboree Billabong Wetland Cruise, where you'll glide through pristine wetlands, spotting crocodiles and vibrant birdlife. Another day of adventure awaits in the heart of Kakadu National Park! Searching for the ultimate Kakadu tours experience? Begin your morning with a Kakadu scenic flight (own expense), soaring above ancient landscapes and countless waterways as the sun rises. Immerse yourself in the region's ancient history with a tour of Burrungkuy (Nourlangie) Rock Art, where your Driver Guide will share captivating stories of this remarkable site. Day 5
Start the day with a leisurely breakfast before venturing to Katherine Hot Springs for a mid-morning soak amidst lush surroundings. Afterwards, enjoy free time for lunch in the charming town of Katherine, savouring the flavours of the region. As the afternoon unfolds, embark on an enthralling cruise along majestic Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge, marvelling at towering cliffs and ancient rock formations that bear witness to millennia of natural history, a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience. Day 6
Enjoy breakfast before bidding farewell to Cicada Lodge and setting out for Darwin. Travel to a different corner of Nitmiluk National Park, where the enchanting Leliyn (Edith) Falls beckon. With the opportunity for a refreshing swim (seasonal), immerse yourself in the cool waters of this natural oasis surrounded by cascading waterfalls. As the day progresses travel up the Stuart Highway returning to Darwin. Reflecting on the memories made amidst the stunning landscapes and cultural treasures of the Top End of Northern Territory, cherish the experiences that have filled your heart and soul along this part of your journey.
Day 7
After a morning flight from Darwin, explore the vibrant culture and rich history of Alice Springs with a tailored itinerary that promises unforgettable experiences. Begin by meeting your insightful Driver Guide, who will provide a unique perspective on life in this remote town. Discover the history of the region at the iconic Overland Telegraph Station, then delve into the world of Indigenous culture with an exclusive experience led by Rayleen Brown. Rayleen’s recipes have been featured in many Australian cookbooks, and she has served as a guest judge on renowned culinary TV shows. She will share her knowledge of Aboriginal native foods with you, followed, of course, by a tasting of the many flavours of this region’s bush tucker, a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience.
Day 8
Begin your adventure from Alice Springs heading towards the majestic Kings Canyon. Along the way, stop at roadhouse at Erldunda, known as the "Centre of the Centre," where the Stuart and Lasseter Highways meet. Continue to Kings Canyon Resort, nestled in the heart of Watarrka National Park. This resort offers modern amenities, including a pool, restaurant, and comfortable deluxe lodge rooms. Day 9

Alternatively, you can opt for a gentler stroll along the canyon creek bed, treading in the footsteps of the Luritja people who once found sanctuary amidst the Itara trees at the canyon's base. Day 11
Travel through the vast Australian Outback, passing desert landscapes, spotting camels, cattle, and the mighty Atila (Mt. Conner), before turning the corner at Erldunda. Pause for a break at Stuart Wells, an authentic Outback roadhouse. Before arriving at Alice Springs, you’ll divert to the West MacDonnell Ranges to explore the rugged beauty of the spectacular Simpsons Gap. Upon arrival at your Alice Springs hotel relax before a celebratory dinner.
Day 12
You may choose to take a hot air balloon ride (own expense) to experience the scenic landscapes of the Outback this morning before your journey comes to an end.
