How to Enter

- Entrants will be provided with and must complete and return the Promoter’s fee sheet and payment terms form, in the name of the Eligible Business, with their entry and before the end of the Promotion Period. Entries without a completed form are invalid.
- Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.
- The Eligible Business must be a new customer of Flight Centre Business Travel. An Eligible Business is a new customer if neither it nor any of its related bodies have had a corporate travel agreement with, or made any bookings through, Flight Centre Business Travel in the previous 24 months. The Promoter may check an entrant’s status against its records, and its determination is final.
- Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible, or which infringe intellectual property rights, will be deemed invalid.
- Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
- Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each entrant.
- If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.
- If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, does not meet the redemption conditions set out below, or the Prize is not redeemed within the Redemption Period (as defined in clause 23), the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize.
- By entering, entrants agree to being contacted by phone or email by a representative of Flight Centre Business Travel to discuss its products and services. Entrants who tick the marketing opt-in box on the entry form also consent to receiving marketing communications (including email and SMS) from Flight Centre Business Travel and Flight Centre Travel Group about their products, services and offers. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. Not opting in, or unsubscribing, does not affect an entrant’s eligibility to enter or win.
Selection of Prize Winner
- There will be one prize winner (“Prize Winner”).
- The Prize will be selected through a random raffle ticket system from all eligible entries.
- The Prize Winner will be selected at 12.00PM AEST on 9 December 2026 and the draw will take place at Flight Centre Business Travel, 275 Grey Street, Southbank, 4101.
- The Prize Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to confirm acceptance within 5 business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw at a date, time and place to be confirmed, subject to any applicable State or Territory regulations ("Unclaimed Prize Draw").
- The Promoter reserves the right, subject to state or territory regulations, to terminate the competition and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, there are insufficient entries for the Promoter to be able to select a Prize Winner or where, in the Promoter’s opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Details
- The Prize is one (1) AUD$1,000 Flight Centre Business Travel travel credit (“Prize”), redeemable only once:
(a) the Promoter confirms in writing that onboarding is complete (the date of that confirmation being the “Onboarding Completion Date”); and
(b) the Winning Business has been invoiced a minimum of AUD$2,500 (inclusive of GST) in total invoice value for bookings made through Flight Centre Business Travel within 90 days of the Onboarding Completion Date. Amounts that are cancelled, refunded or credited back are not counted.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the Prize. The Winning Business should obtain its own independent advice about any tax consequences.
- The Prize must be redeemed on any invoice within twelve (12) months of the onboarding completion date (the “Redemption Period”). Any part of the Prize not redeemed by the end of the Redemption Period will expire and be forfeited, and no extension, substitute or cash payment will be provided.
- The Prize is awarded to the Eligible Business that the Prize Winner owns or is authorised to represent (the “Winning Business”), not to the Prize Winner personally. The Winning Business must be the legal entity that onboards with Flight Centre Business Travel and signs the fee sheet and payment terms or any corporate travel agreement. Only bookings invoiced to the Winning Business count towards the AUD$2,500 threshold in clause 21(b), and only invoices issued to it can have the Prize applied. The Prize Winner warrants that they are authorised to act for the Winning Business. The Prize cannot be transferred to another business or person, including if the Prize Winner leaves the Winning Business.
- The Promoter may decline to onboard the Prize Winner or to enter into a corporate travel agreement with them, including following credit, compliance or eligibility checks (such as verification of the business’s size or ownership, or of the entrant’s authority to act for the business). If the Promoter declines to onboard the Prize Winner, the Prize is forfeited and no substitute will be offered.
- The total Prize value for this promotion is AUD$1,000 inclusive of GST.
- Winning the raffle draw entitles the Prize Winner to the opportunity to redeem the Prize once the above conditions are met. It does not guarantee the Prize will ultimately be provided, if the conditions are not met, or the Prize is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, the Prize will be forfeited and no substitute will be offered.
- If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize to a Prize Winner (for reasons other than the Prize Winner and their guest(s) being unable and/or unavailable to use the Prize), the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of similar monetary value.
- Prize and booking of the Prize are subject to the standard booking fees and terms and conditions of Flight Centre Business Travel (available at https://www.flightcentre.com.au/business/about-us/booking-terms) and to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel suppliers, such as airline conditions of carriage.

- any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss arising in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner; or
- any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the entrant’s or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
- The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter's negligence. If requested by The Promoter, the Prize Winner must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a Prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the Prize being forfeited and the selection of another Prize Winner.
- These conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
