CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 

The Promoter 

1. The promoter is Flight Centre Travel Group Limited trading as Flight Centre (“Promoter”) of Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. ABN 25 003 377 188. 

Conditions of Entry 

2. Eligibility information and the prizes offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. An individual who completes an eligible transaction during the Promotion Period is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry. 

3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who comply with the requirements set out in these Conditions of Entry (“Eligible Entrants”). 

4. Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. 

Duration of Promotional Period 

5. The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on Monday 3 August 2026 and closes at 11.59PM AEST on Monday 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 

6. The Promotion Period is divided into four (4) weekly transaction periods: 

Week 1: 3 August 2026 – 9 August 2026 

Week 2: 10 August 2026 – 16 August 2026 

Week 3: 17 August 2026 – 23 August 2026 

Week 4: 24 August 2026 – 31 August 2026 

How to Enter 

7. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete a travel booking on flightcentre.com.au during the Promotion Period and select PayPal as the payment method at checkout. The transaction must be successfully processed during the Promotion Period to constitute a valid entry. 

8. One (1) entry will be recorded per eligible PayPal transaction completed during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of entries per Eligible Entrant; however, each separate eligible PayPal transaction constitutes one (1) entry. 

9. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time the eligible PayPal transaction is successfully processed. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. 

10. Entries received outside of the applicable weekly draw period will not be eligible for that draw period’s prize but will be entered within the week payment is received. If not successful in that week's draw, their entry will not be carried over to following weeks.  

11. Any costs associated with accessing flightcentre.com.au or completing a transaction are the responsibility of each entrant. 

12. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid. 

Selection of Prize Winners 

13. There will be four (4) Prize Winners in total. 

14. Each Prize Winner will be selected by random computer-generated draw from all eligible entries received during the relevant weekly draw period. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries in case an ineligible entrant is drawn. Prize Winners need not be present at the draw.

16. Each Prize Winner will be notified by the Promoter via telephone and email on the day of the relevant draw using the contact details provided at the time of booking. 

17. Eligible Entrants who participate in this Promotion (including by accepting a Prize) consent to their last name, first initial and postcode of residence being published on the following websites and social media accounts within 30 days of each draw, once they have been confirmed as a Prize Winner or unclaimed prize winner, and have formally accepted their prize:

18. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Promotion. 

Claiming Prizes & Unclaimed Prize Draws 

19. Each Prize Winner will have three (3) months from the draw date to claim their prize. The final date to claim prizes will be 21 December 2026. 

20. If a Prize has not been claimed by the applicable claim deadline above, an Unclaimed Prize Draw for that Prize will be conducted at 10:00AM AEST on Tuesday, 22 December 2026 at the Promoter’s Head Office, Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. 

21. The unclaimed Prize Draw will be a random computer-generated draw conducted from the remaining eligible entries for the relevant weekly draw period. The winner of each Unclaimed Prize Draw (“Unclaimed Winner”) will be notified by telephone and email on the day of the relevant Unclaimed Prize Draw using the contact details provided at the time of booking. All Conditions of Entry applicable to a Prize Winner also apply to an Unclaimed Winner. 

22. If a Prize Winner cannot be contacted within five (14) business days of the first notification attempt following the original weekly draw, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new Prize Winner from reserve entries drawn at the time of the original draw. 

Prize Details 

23. Each Prize consists of one (1) Flight Centre gift card valued at AUD$5,000. There are four (4) Prizes available, one (1) per week if the Promotion Period. The total Prize pool for this Promotion is AUD$20,000. 

24. Flight Centre gift cards are subject to Flight Centre’s standard gift card terms and conditions. Gift cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. 

25. The Prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable or transferable. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

26. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than as expressly set out above. All fees and expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the Prize Winner. 

27. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control the Promoter is unable to provide a stated Prize to a Prize Winner, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value, subject to any direction of a relevant lottery authority. 

General 

28. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and to contact Prize Winners and Unclaimed Winners. Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://help.flightcentre.com.au/s/article/privacy-policy-au. If an entrant fails to provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a Prize. 

29. Personal information of Eligible Entrants may be provided to third parties involved with this Promotion, including prize suppliers and regulatory authorities, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. 

30. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: 

(a) inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information; 

(b) entries not received for any reason, including those lost, misdirected or stolen; 

(c) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, server, internet connection or software; 

(d) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; 

(e) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion; 

(f) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion; 

(g) any loss or damage to person or property arising in connection with the Prize; or 

(h) any injury or damage to persons or property related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion. 

31. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter’s gross negligence. 

32. The above conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again. 

33. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, subject to State or Territory regulation. 

34. These Conditions of Entry shall be subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia and the relevant jurisdiction in which the Eligible Entrant entered the Promotion. 

35. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, PayPal. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to PayPal, and release PayPal from any liability in connection with this Promotion.
