CONDITIONS OF ENTRY "SIGN UP TO FLIGHT CENTRE’S DATABASE AND YOU’RE IN TO WIN" (Promotion) 

The Promoter 

1. The promoter is Flight Centre Travel Group Limited trading as Flight Centre ("Promoter") of Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. ABN 25 003 377 188. 

Conditions of Entry 

2. Eligibility information and the prize offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. An individual who submits an entry into this Promotion is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry. 

3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who comply with the requirements set out in these Conditions of Entry ("Eligible Entrants"). 

4. Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. 

Duration of Promotional Period 

5. The Promotion commences at 12:00AM AEST on Monday 10 August 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on Monday 24 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). 

Eligibility for Promotion 

6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, sign up to receive direct marketing communications from the Promoter via the Promoter’s website at https://www.flightcentre.com.au/p/competition/wallabies. 

7. When subscribing to receive direct marketing material from the Promoter and entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants in Australia are agreeing to the terms of the Promoter’s privacy policy available at https://help.flightcentre.com.au/s/article/privacy-policy-au. 

8. Personal information of Eligible Entrants may be provided to third parties involved with this Promotion including prize suppliers, and regulatory authorities (in accordance with the applicable privacy policy set out in the General section of these Conditions of Entry). If an Eligible Entrant fails to consent to and provide their personal information in this regard, they will be unable to participate in the Promotion and will no longer be considered an Eligible Entrant. 

9. An Eligible Entrant who complies with these eligibility requirements will receive one (1) entry only in the Promotion. 

Selection of "Prize Winner" 

10. One (1) Eligible Entrant will be selected at random as the "Prize Winner". 

11. The Prize Winner will be determined by a random computer-generated prize draw completed by 10:00AM AEST on Tuesday 25 August 2026 taking place at the Promoter’s Head Office located at Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an ineligible entrant is drawn. The Prize Winner need not be present at the draw. 

12. The Prize Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via telephone and in writing via email on the day of the draw, Tuesday 25 August 2026 (in which they were drawn) using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter’s records ("Notification Date"). 

13. Eligible Entrants who participate in the Promotion (including by accepting a Prize) consent to their information being announced (last name, first initial and postcode) on the following websites and social media accounts within 30 days of the prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draw, once they have been confirmed as a Prize Winner and have formally accepted their prize:

14. The Prize Winner’s last name, first initial and postcode of residence will be available from the Promoter’s websites and social media accounts within 30 days after the closing date. 

Claiming the Prize & Unclaimed Prize Draw 

15. The Prize Winner will have until 05:00PM AEST on Wednesday 25 November 2026 to claim the Prize. 

16. If the Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winner by Wednesday 25 November 2026, an Unclaimed Prize Draw for the Unclaimed Prize will occur at 10:00AM AEST on Thursday 26 November 2026 ("Unclaimed Prize Draw") from additional reserve entries. The Unclaimed Prize Draw will also be a random computer-generated prize draw, taking place at the Promoter’s Head Office located at Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw ("Unclaimed Winner") will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, Thursday 26 November 2026 (using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter’s records). All terms applicable to the Prize Winner will also apply to the Unclaimed Winner. 

17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Promotion. 

Prize Details 

18. The Prize consists of: (a) one (1) Flight Centre gift card to the value of AUD$1,000; and (b) one (1) signed Wallabies jersey. The total prize pool is valued at AUD$2,000. 

19. Flight Centre gift card component: 

(a) The Flight Centre gift card may be used towards the purchase of flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, tours and experiences available through the Promoter. 

(b) The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. 

(c) The gift card is valid for three (3) years from its date of issue and is subject to the Flight Centre gift card terms of use available at https://help.flightcentre.com.au/s/article/gift-card-terms-of-use-au. 

(d) Redemption of the gift card is the responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Promoter will provide redemption instructions to the Prize Winner at the time of notification. 

20. Signed Wallabies jersey component: 

(a) The signed Wallabies jersey will only be available for delivery to the Prize Winner after the conclusion of the relevant playing season, once the Promoter has received the signed jersey from its supplier. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay in delivery arising from circumstances beyond its control. 

21. The Prize Winner / Unclaimed Winner must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

General 

22. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and to contact Prize Winners and Unclaimed Winners. Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://help.flightcentre.com.au/s/article/privacy-policy-au. If an entrant fails to provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a Prize. 

23. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable for: 

(a) inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information. 

(b) entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected, or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions. 

(c) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software. 

(d) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website. 

(e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion. 

(f) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion; 

(g) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family or persons accompanying a Prize Winner; or 

(h) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion. 

24. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for personal injury suffered in connection with participation in this Promotion or with the use of the Prize offered, except to the extent caused directly by the Promoter’s gross negligence. 

25. The above conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again. 

26. When Eligible Entrants subscribe to the Promoter’s email newsletter, they are agreeing to receive email marketing from both the Promoter and/or its related bodies corporate. In the event that Eligible Entrants decide to opt out of receiving information on promotions, services and market research provided by the Promoter they can email customer.feedback@flightcentre.com or contact the Global Head Office on 07 3170 7979. If Eligible Entrants opt out of receiving marketing at any time during the Promotion Period, they will no longer be eligible to receive the Prize. 

27. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. 

28. These Conditions of Entry shall be subject to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which the Eligible Entrant entered the Promotion. 

29. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram). 

30. By entering this Promotion, you agree to release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability including for any loss, personal injury or damage. 

31. These Conditions of Entry shall supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion. This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in this Promotion.
