Travel Expo will be held across 2 days: Saturday, 17 October (9am - 5pm) and Sunday, 18 October (9am - 4pm) at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (14 Darling Harbour). Expo-goers will have access to EXCLUSIVE and limited time deals from our 85 suppliers across flights, cruises, tours, hotels, holiday packages, rail, insurance and more!. Meet our suppliers at their dedicated booths or join an information session (or two or three!). When you pre-register to attend, you'll receive access to the presentation schedule along with an exclusive preview of Expo deals!

Getting There & On The Day
There are many ways to get to the ICC including Sydney Light Rail, Train (Central and Town Hall are a 10-minute walk to ICC Sydney), Metro, Water Taxi and bus. Please visit the ICC website for more information and to plan your route.
ICC Sydney has two car park facilities located within the Exhibition Centre and TikTok Entertainment Centre, comprising a total of 826 car spaces. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and First Parking Darling Square Car Park. Across convention, exhibition, and entertainment spaces, you’ll find integrated accessibility features, adaptive technologies and dedicated inclusionary facilities, including prayer rooms, parents and carers rooms, quiet rooms, and all-gender inclusive amenities.
Travel Expo is an event for all ages and kids are welcome. There will not be any dedicated activities for kids.

Registration
Expo goers will be required to register to obtain a QR code that will be scanned to gain entry. It is recommended that you register ahead of the day to receive pre-Expo information such as deal previews, floor plans and presentation schedules, however you can still register on the day.
By pre-registering, you'll receive access to important event information such as deal previews, floor plans and theatre presentation times. You'll also go in the draw to win an Intrepid Japan tour!

Travel Expo deals must be booked and deposited by Wednesday, 21 Oct 26. There may be some deals, particularly airfares, that need to be booked and paid in full sooner.
Yes, you can book and pay on the day using various payment methods including credit card and cash.

You will automatically enter the pre-registration competition when you register for Travel Expo. Your registration is your entry and, provided you attend Travel Expo, you will automatically enter the draw to win an Intrepid "Japan: Land of the Rising Sun" tour for two guests valued at $14,000. The major prize draw is valid for customers who book and deposit at Travel Expo on 17 and 18 October. There will also be 'Scan to Win' prizes available at Travel Expo with various prizes to be won. To be eligible, customers will need to scan the unique QR code for the prize/s they would like to enter to win.
Scan the QR code for the prize/s you'd like to win, accept the terms and conditions, and you'll enter the draw to win! There will be 3 'Scan to Win' prizes at Travel Expo including a Trafalgar tour, G Adventures Tour, Canyon Spirit Signature Experience.
The major prize draw is valid for customers who book and deposit at Travel Expo on 17 and 18 October 26. Customers who book and deposit will receive an entry slip to be placed into the entry barrel located at Travel Expo. The prize winner will be drawn and announced on 18 October. The prize winner does not need to be present to claim the prize. The prize will consist of a luxury Azamara cruise for two guests valued at $19,000.

You'll be able to sit down with one of our Travel Experts and plan your trip, using either the booking stations or the ample seating options available.
