Itinerary
Cruise around the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean on this 10-night adventure. Beginning in the glamorous port of Monte Carlo, we sail to Livorno, the gateway to Tuscany, where nearby treasures include the Leaning Tower of Pisa, then on to Ajaccio in Corsica, Napoleon's birthplace. Next, picturesque Mahón on the island of Menorca beckons with its historic cobbled centre and whitewashed streets before we reach mainland Spain for two days in Barcelona, plenty of time to absorb the majestic architecture, designer shopping, and world-leading food scene. After a relaxing day at sea, view some of the masterpieces created by local boy Picasso in Málaga, before exploring Cádiz, Spain's 3,000-year-old city founded by the Phoenicians. Finally, our voyage ends with an overnight stay in Lisbon, the bustling Portuguese capital that has both old-world charm and modern energy.

Depart from Monte Carlo, an ancient principality steeped in rich and colourful history. Monaco was acquired from the Genoese in 1309 by the Grimaldis, who still rule today as the world's oldest reigning monarchy under Prince Albert. Glamorous, sun-drenched, and incomparably elegant, it is the perfect place to begin your Mediterranean adventure. Departs 7:00 PM.

Arrive in Livorno, the gateway to the treasures of Tuscany. This is the cradle of the Renaissance — home to the overwhelming artistic genius of Giotto, Brunelleschi, Botticelli, and Michelangelo, whose legacy earned the region UNESCO World Heritage status. Vestiges of this enlightened period are everywhere, from the Uffizi Gallery to the Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Vecchio, and the city's magnificent streets. Venture further afield to marvel at the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa or explore the rolling Tuscan hills. In port 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Discover Ajaccio, the charming capital of Corsica and birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte. This once-fortified town, founded by the Genoese in 1492, today exudes a Côte d'Azur flair along its trendy waterfront promenade. Visit the Maison Bonaparte, the general's residence turned museum, and explore the UNESCO-designated Golfe de Porto — part of Corsica's Regional National Park and celebrated for its extraordinary geological and ecological beauty. In port 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Explore Porto Mahón, the charming capital of Menorca in the Balearic Islands, where coastal beauty, historical richness, and Mediterranean charm converge. Well-preserved architecture reflects centuries of Spanish, British, and Mediterranean influences, from the 18th-century Fort Marlborough to the impressive Santa Maria Church. Stroll the pretty waterfront promenade, browse the local markets, and savour authentic tapas at a quayside café. In port 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Arrive in Barcelona, where past, present, and future converge in Spain's vibrant Catalan capital. From the Roman ruins and maze-like medieval streets of the Gothic Quarter to the wonderfully whimsical architecture of Antoni Gaudí, and the Modernist masterpieces of the Picasso Museum and Fundació Joan Miró, there are treasures old and new at every turn. The city's world-renowned dining scene ranges from plates of paella by the seafront to Michelin-starred tasting menus. Arrives 8:00 AM. Overnight stay.

A second full day to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. Revisit your favourite neighbourhoods, take in a Gaudí masterpiece you missed yesterday, or simply soak up the city's infectious energy at a sunlit terrace café. Departs 5:00 PM.

A relaxing day at sea as we sail toward the southern coast of Spain. Enjoy the ship's world-class dining, spa, entertainment, and panoramic ocean views.

Explore Málaga, a sun-drenched coastal city rich with historical treasures accumulated over millennia. Once a major trading port, Málaga bears the influences of the Phoenicians, the Moors, and the Spanish in equal measure. Visit the birthplace and dedicated museum of Picasso, one of the city's most famous sons, and discover the imposing Alcazaba fortress, the Roman Theatre, and the vibrant Mercado Central de Atarazanas. In port 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Uncover the magic of Cádiz, one of Europe's oldest and most captivating cities, founded by the Phoenicians some 3,000 years ago. This thriving cosmopolitan city seamlessly blends old-world charm with contemporary sophistication. Stroll through cobbled streets past stunning Moorish castles, magnificent ancient ruins, and quaint pastel homes. Savour the flavours of renowned Andalusian cuisine — fresh seafood, local wines, and the freshest tapas — while taking in sweeping views of the Atlantic. In port 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Arrive in Portimão, a charming southern Portuguese port and gateway to the beautiful Algarve region. Wander the old town with its late 19th and 20th-century architecture — houses adorned with wrought-iron balconies, ornate stonework, and tile-covered ceramic walls. Discover a rich heritage of historical monuments and the natural beauty of the Ria de Alvor, and sample Portimão's extraordinary local cuisine. Settle into the gardens of Manuel Bivar to watch fishing boats sail by and soak up the ambience of this vibrant, hard-working town. In port 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Arrive in Lisbon, one of Europe's most captivating and cosmopolitan capitals. From Moorish walls and Manueline carvings to elaborate azulejo tiles and Gothic arches, the traces of Lisbon's rich history can be felt simply by wandering its storied, hilly streets. Amid historic landmarks like Jerónimos Monastery and São Jorge Castle, discover chic rooftop bars with sweeping views over red terracotta rooftops and the sparkling Tagus River, artisanal concept stores, and stylish restaurants serving inventive takes on local ingredients. Arrives 5:00 AM.
