While last-minute Alaska Airlines sale fares may become available, you'll generally find it pays to plan ahead when booking international flights. Most airlines release tickets around 11 months in advance, and as a rough guide, we recommend booking your Alaska Airlines airfare around six months before you plan to fly. When it comes to balancing airfare availability with the best savings, this should give you the best of both worlds. 

All passengers can bring one personal item and one standard carry-on bag for free. The carry-on should not exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches (approximately 56 x 36 x 23cm). A checked baggage allowance is generally not included in basic Saver fares but can be added for an additional fee.
