If you’re travelling interstate, Brisbane Airport recommends that you arrive at least one hour before your scheduled departure time. All domestic check-in desks can be found on Level 1 of the Domestic Terminal. Make your way towards Gates 1 to 25 at the northern end of the terminal for Qantas and Qantaslink, Gates 26 to 32 in the middle of the terminal for Jetstar and Link Airways, and Gates 38 to 50 at the southern end of the terminal for Virgin Australia check-in. It’s always a good idea to arrive early for your flight, and to confirm check-in times directly with your airline as each may have different requirements. It’s often possible to check in for your flights online in advance via your airline’s website or app, which can be an easy way to save time at the airport on the day of travel.
Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket class, so it’s important to confirm what’s included with your flight booking to avoid any surprises at bag drop!
