The Promoter

Conditions of Entry
- Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant.
- Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants").

Duration of Promotion Period

How to Enter
- Eligible Entrants may enter the competition through one of the following options:

Entry Mechanic
- Entry is limited to one (1) play per person, per day.
- To participate, consumers must:
- Be 18 years of age or older. Activation staff may ask for ID if participants look younger than 18 years of age.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the A1 signage to access the entry form.
- Submit their full name and email address via the form on their mobile device.
- Consumers must show proof of entry (confirmation screen) to activation staff prior to participating.
- Upon confirmation, consumers will:
- Be fitted with safety goggles.
- Enter the prize machine.
- Participate in a timed session of 15 seconds, during which they may collect as many prize notes as possible.
- Exit the machine with the collected notes.
Prize Mechanic
- Consumers must hand collected notes to activation staff or place them in the designated prize bucket.
- Staff will identify and extract any winning notes, which may include:
- Captain’s Prize (Tier 1 Prize) entered into major prize raffle, must fill in form on I-pad
- $100 Off Voucher (Tier 2 Prize) Must be used at the event as per details below.
- $50 Flight Centre Gift Card (Tier 2 Prize)
- If both more than one (1) Tier 2 prizes are collected ($50 Gift Card and a $100 Off Voucher), the consumer must choose one (1) to retain. If $100 voucher is chosen, consumers must retain the $100 Off Voucher for redemption; event and store staff will require the Voucherify code printed on the voucher for processing.
- Consumers who collect a Captain’s Prize note are eligible to be entered into a raffle draw, regardless of whether they also choose an additional prize ($50 gift card or $100 off voucher).
- For all prize winners, staff will record the following details via a Microsoft Form on an iPad. This additional record keeping separate to your promotion entry will only be used to raffle the major prize, & to send out gift cards to winners:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Prize won (checkbox selection)
- Confirmation of raffle entry (if applicable)
- Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the entry into the promotion.
- Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.
- Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid.

Tier 1 prize raffle winners will be drawn at 2.00PM AEST on 12 November 2025 and the draw will take place at Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, Southbank, QLD 4101. The Tier 1 prize winners will be emailed via marketing@flightcentre.com (using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter’s records) between 12-14 November 2025 and will be requested to email marketing@flightcentre.com to confirm their email address.
- The $50 gift card Winners (Tier 2) will be emailed via marketing@flightcentre.com (using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter’s records) between 10 – 14 November 2025 and will be requested to email marketing@flightcentre.com to confirm their email address. Once confirmed, winners will receive their gift card to their confirmed email address between 17 - 21 November 2025.
- $100 off voucher Prize Winners (Tier 2) will be allocated as per Activation Prize Mechanic & winners will receive their voucher code on the spot. - The Prize is subject to the additional terms and conditions (including without limitation conditions of carriage, activity waivers, and conditions and additional charges (as applicable) in relation to optional and included activities) of the Promoter and its suppliers and the Prize Winner and their guest(s) shall enter into all necessary contracts and paperwork directly with the Promoter as by the Promoter shall require. The Prize Winner’s recourse shall be against the Promoter only, with respect to the terms and conditions and legal documentation stipulated in these conditions.
- If a Prize Winner elects to travel or participate in the Prize with no guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the Prize Winner.
- If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize to a Prize Winner (for reasons other than the Prize Winner and their guest(s) being unable and/or unavailable to use the Prize), the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value or greater value.
General
- The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this promotion and to contact the Prize Winner (or, if applicable, the winner of an Unclaimed Prize Draw). Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at: https://help.flightcentre.com.au/s/article/privacy-policy-au. Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize.
- Any personal information held by the Promoter and/or the Promoter in respect of any competition will be held on record for a reasonable period to fulfil the purpose for which such personal information was collected. If an entrant gives the Promoter permission to pass on their personal information to a third party then this shall no longer be the responsibility of the Promoter and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.
- The Prize Winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence, image and social media name or handle for promotional and marketing purposes. The personal information of the Prize Winner and their travel companion(s) (if applicable) may be provided to others assisting, including Prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this promotion.
- All entrants who submit any entry to the Promoter: (a) grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a non-exclusive licence to exercise all rights in perpetuity throughout the world in the entry material and all other material provided by the entrant to the Promoter pursuant to this promotion at any time; and (b) represent and warrant that the exercise of the rights granted to the Promoter in these terms and conditions will not infringe the rights of any third parties; and (c) indemnify the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a) inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
b) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss arising in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a Prize Winner; or
h) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the entrant’s or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
- The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter's negligence. If requested by The Promoter, the Prize Winner(s), and his or her guests, must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a Prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the Prize being forfeited and the selection of another Prize Winner.
- This above conditions do not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
