Repeatedly bouncing back from war, pandemic and other disasters, the Aussie travel giant now operates in over 100 countries, with billions in annual revenue. In The Rebel Instinct, you'll discover how Flight Centre, led by founder Graham 'Skroo' Turner, used daring and disruption to build its global success.
Bestselling author Mandy Johnson has tracked Flight Centre's wild ride for decades, from travel consultant to UK director and beyond. Inside, she reveals what sets the company apart; a culture that favours common sense, treats setbacks as opportunities and dismantles what's working today to build a model for tomorrow.
The Rebel Instinct is an entertaining, often outrageous account of an iconic company doing business its own way. It's essential reading for leaders, entrepreneurs and anyone with an audacious dream.
