FLIGHT CENTRE BRISBANE EVENT PRE-REGISTRATION COMPETITION

The Promoter 

  1. The promoter is Flight Centre Travel Group Limited trading as Flight Centre ABN 25 003 377 188 ACN 003 377 188 of Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, Southbank, QLD 4101 (“Promoter”). 

Conditions of Entry 

  1. Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant.  
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants"). 
  3. Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. 

Duration of Promotion Period 

  1. The promotion will commence at 9AM AEST on 23 February 2026 and will continue until 3PM AEST on 22 March 2026 ("Promotion Period"). 

How to Enter 

  1. Eligible Entrants may enter the competition through one of the following options: 

a) Persons must go to Flight Centre's Eventbrite account (EVENTBRITE PAGE URL: ) and Register for the Brisbane Event on 19-22 March 2026 as per instructions to go in the draw. 

  1. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the entry into the promotion. 
  2. Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.   
  3. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid. 
  4. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotion Period. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
  5. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used. 
  6. When entrants enter the competition, they are consenting to receive email marketing from the Promoter for the purposes of direct marketing. This may include sending emails, SMS messages, or other marketing communications related to the Promoter’s products, services and promotions. You can unsubscribe from receiving electronic marketing materials by following the unsubscribe prompt in your email, SMS, MMS, iM or other forms of electronic marketing. 
  7.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. 
  8. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority. 
  9. If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize. 

Selection of Prize Winner 

  1. There will be 1 prize winner (“Prize Winner”). 
  2. The Prize will be selected by a random computer-generated draw from all eligible entries. 
  3. The Prize Winner will be selected at 5PM AEST on 25 March 2026 and the draw will take place at Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, Southbank, QLD 4101. 
  4. The Prize Winner will be notified in writing and via email (using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter’s records) within seven days   of the Prize Draw and will be requested to email marketing@flightcentre.com to confirm acceptance of their prize 
  5. The Prize Winners (including last name, first initial and postcode) will also be published on the Promotor’s website at https://www.flightcentre.com.au/p/bigredtravelexpo/brisbane within 30 days of the prize draw. 
  6. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize Draw. 
  7. The Prize Winner will have until 5PM AEST on 25 June 2026 to claim the Prize. 
  8. If any Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winner by, an Unclaimed Prize Draw for the Unclaimed Prize will occur at 2PM AEST on 26 June 2026 ("Unclaimed Prize Draw"). The Unclaimed Prize Draw will occur after 3 months of the Prize not being claimed by the Prize Winner. 
  9. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified via phone and in writing (using the contact details for the winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw in the Promoter’s records) within seven days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. 
  10. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (including last name, first initial and postcode) will also be published on - the Promotor’s website at https://www.flightcentre.com.au/p/bigredtravelexpo/brisbane within 30 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.   
  11. The Promoter can accept no responsibility for entries delayed, misdirected or undelivered. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.  
  12. The Promoter reserves the right, subject to state or territory regulations, to terminate the competition and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, there are insufficient entries for the Promoter to be able to select a Prize Winner or where, in the Promoter’s opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
