Nine days eating Vietnam with Luke Nguyen- from a Vietnamese feast at his Tran Dynasty restaurant in Hanoi to a farewell dinner at Vietnam House in Ho Chi Minh City. In between: a two-hour cooking class in Hoi An, a Michelin-starred dinner, a Vespa tour through Ho Chi Minh City's night streets and a sunset cruise on the Perfume River.
