Asia covers a pretty big chunk of the globe, so the best time to cruise depends on the specific region you’re planning to explore. In countries like Thailand and Vietnam in Southeast Asia, the best time for cruising is between November and April. River cruises along the Mekong are also popular during this dry season. Further north, in destinations like Japan and South Korea, the best time to plan a cruise is often in spring (between March and May) for cherry blossom season or autumn (between September and November) for milder weather and beautiful foliage.
