While it’s definitely possible to book affordable Asia airfares any time of year with the right planning, if you can avoid the peak tourist seasons and other major holiday periods it'll be easier to bag a bargain. Try booking your holiday for the shoulder seasons – typically late spring or autumn – when crowds are generally smaller and prices lower.  

Whether or not you need a visa to travel to Asia depends on a number of factors, including the countries you’re visiting, the passport you’re travelling on and whether your visit is for business or leisure.
