Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa - Blue Mountains, New South Wales
Escape the buzz of the city and retire to the Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa, nestled within the greater Blue Mountains region. This is the perfect place for horse-riding, bush walking and mountain biking. And for the official formalities, there's a conference room that can accommodate up to 90 guests and a boardroom that can hold up to 12 people. Other facilities include a fully-equipped gym, a 25-metre pool and a lounge bar.

O'Reilly's - Queensland
Spectacularly located in the Lamington National Park just two hour's drive southwest of Brisbane, your team are sure to be inspired by this mountain retreat. O'Reilly's is one of Queensland's leading getaway destinations and boasts a variety of meeting rooms; the largest of which can hold up to 200 people. The venue also arranges team building activities for delegates that are led by O'Reilly's staff or your own facilitator. On offer is a flying fox, a spiders web and a river crossing that can be incorporated into the agenda.

Lake House - Daylesford, Victoria
Dubbed the hotel with a heart and soul, Lake House is the epitome of beauty, situated in Victoria's spa region and overlooking a picturesque lake. Interestingly, co-owner and resident artist Allan Wolf-Tasker welcomes guests to his private on-site studio. The property is geared toward conferences with a variety of conference packages on offer. The Terrace Room can be transformed to your desired needs – in a theatre format it can hold 168 delegates. There are also smaller rooms to choose from including the Sutton Room, the Bagnall Room and the Tipperary Room that can each hold 42 delegates in a theatre style layout.

Peppers Convent - Hunter Valley, New South Wales
A former home to the Brigidine Order of Nuns, Peppers Convent Hunter Valley is the perfect property for conferences and board meetings. There are three function spaces on offer including the purpose-built 20-seat Brigidine Room, the Grand Marquee that can hold up to 130 guests and the antique-furnished Dining Room. Following your official business, enjoy a wine tour, scenic helicopter flight or hot air ballooning experience.

El Questro Homestead - The Kimberleys, Western Australia
Admire the stunning outback beauty of The Kimberleys at the El Questro Homestead. This is the perfect destination for a unique team bonding session and for staff incentives; a specialised itinerary can be designed just for your needs. Perhaps your delegates will enjoy hiking through mesmerising gorges or taking a scenic flight over the iconic Bungle Bungles.

Spicers Hidden Vale - Queensland
Specialising in genuine country hospitality, Spicers Hidden Vale is an historic homestead that features colonial-style cottages that inspire old charm. There are two meeting rooms – the Grandchester and the Laidley – that can hold up to 120 and 100 delegates respectively. On offer are five meeting rooms that boast the latest in audiovisual technology and can be configured to your requirements; the largest of which is the Gallery that can hold 250 people as a reception room and 42 delegates as a boardroom.

Cape Lodge - Margaret River, Western Australia
Beautifully located within a secluded Margaret River vineyard, Cape Lodge is an award-winning property that features 22 rooms and suites, and an executive five bedroom private residence. For your next conference there are three rooms to choose from – two meeting rooms and a dedicated board room. At the conclusion of the official formalities your team may enjoy a private food and wine master class, a Margaret River tour or a cooking class.

Chateau Yering - Yarra Valley, Victoria
Situated in the Yarra Valley northeast of Melbourne lies Chateau Yering, a beautifully restored historic mansion that dates back to the nineteenth century. There are 32 luxury suites furnished with antiques and three conference rooms; the largest of which can hold 150 people for a cocktail party or 50 delegates in a boardroom configuration. Team building activities that can be arranged include archery, golf, horse-riding and croquet.
